Conversionomics Credit Card Entry Instructions for Recurring Payments

  1. Log in to Conversionomics, and then click the user profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Select the gear icon next to your organization’s name in the dropdown list. This requires admin access to the organization within Conversionomics. If you do not see this gear and your user should be an admin on the organization, please contact support.
  3. Click on the Plan & Billing tab

Add or Edit a Credit Card

  1. On the Plan & Billing tab click the orange Update Card button.
  2. You can now enter your updated credit card information in the popup box
  3. Choose the subscription plan you would like to upgrade to and the period you’d like to enroll for. Then click Save.
  4. Click Confirm to confirm your subscription upgrade
  5. On the Subscription tab, click the Payment History tab next to the General tab.
  6. You will see a line item for your upgrade action. Click Pay on the right side of this line item. Note: If you have a promo code to apply to the payment, click Apply a Coupon on the payment object and enter the code you would like to use
  7. You will be redirected to a payment page where you will be able to enter your credit card information. Fill this form out and then click the Pay With Your Credit Card button.
  8. You will be redirected back to Conversionomics, where the line item will now reflect that payment has been attributed. Your card will be charged on the date described with this line item. You can also confirm this operation on the General tab on the Subscription screen.
    1. If you are creating this payment after your previous period has ended, you will need to click “Apply” on the Operations tab for the payment that was created.
